Why the name Zamana and the IFB - Dr. Shafick Osman, Zoom Extra, Top FM (4 Sept. 2025), Part 2

This is the second part of the radio show Zoom Extra on Top FM with Dr. Shafick Osman as guest (4 September 2025). The most important question here is why the name Zamana was chosen for the platform/organization. Dr. Osman also briefly mentions the Independent Forward Block (IFB), a political party that worked with the Mauritius Labour Party (MLP) and the Comité d'action musulmane (CAM) in the Independence Party. This alliance won the 1967 elections and led to Mauritius' independence in 1968.
